Ever since its inception in Fall 2009, Penn State TPEG has worked hard to gain as much insight into the industry as possible, traveling all across the United States to do so. We take great pride in our ability to provide all of our club members with both a fun and a professional environment, which will help them grow throughout their college career.

   Over the years, we've sent members to many professional industry conferences, from ASTM to IAAPA and SATE. We've also traveled to various nearby parks (Cedar Point, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Hersheypark, and Knoebels to name a few) for very special behind-the-scenes tours - and sometimes we've even been lucky enough to visit during the construction of a new coaster! Outside the parks, we've also done facility tours at stage shows on Broadway. Back at Penn State, we've been fortunate enough to have industry professionals Skype into our meetings to talk to us about their experiences in the themed entertainment industry and offer advice to our members. And of course we also enjoy learning about this industry through first-hand experience with our fun trips to nearby parks.
