Rachele is one of the co-founders of TPEG. She interned at Walt Disney World multiple times in her college career, including the Disney College Program, Engineering Services, and Imagineering. After college, she trekked west to Los Angeles and worked at Thinkwell for 3 years on various projects including Warner Brothers World and the Hunger Games Exhibition. In 2016, Rachele moved to Universal and served as the lead Ride & Show Control Engineer for the Jurassic World attraction refresh at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). Rachele now works for USH Technical Services as the Sr. Manager of the Ride & Show Programs team, managing the team of project managers and engineers who execute existing attraction rehab projects.
