"Hey there! My name is John Esteves and I’m an IT Project Manager for Universal Parks & Resorts. I found Penn State TPEG when I was a stressed freshman on my way to meet school. After quickly realizing that it wasn’t for me, I transferred into the College of Information Sciences and Technology. During my time with TPEG I served on the executive board as their Webmaster, Vice President, and President.
I got my start with Universal Parks and Resorts as an IT Solutions Delivery Intern working on Volcano Bay. There I helped the IT teams on the new technology being delivered in the park. I now work with Universal Parks and Resorts as an IT Project Manager. During my time there I’ve managed IT projects to support our Ticketing teams, Guest Services, Food Operations, and Digital Marketing."
